Russel Ziebell, QMS-LA
Status: QMS Lead Auditor, Instructor and Program Developer
Qualifications:
RAB Certified ISO 9000 Auditor
Relevant Experience: Mr. Ziebell has been an ISO9000 Lead Auditor since 1994 and consulted his first company through ISO implementation in 1992. His experience in auditing quality management systems, in leading companies to ISO certification as a consultant and advisor, and his enthusiasm for ISO9000 as a money saving, common sense system comes shining through when Russ takes the helm of the Sierra Services classes. He has implemented and deployed ISO9000-2000, ISO14000, and Total Quality Management and Supplier Certification programs at scores of operations.
Russ has created two QMS Lead Auditor training programs that have been approved by the RAB. He has given presentations on "Integration of Quality, Environment, Health and Safety" at the ASQ national conventions.
Mr. Ziebell has experience in process improvement, knowledge facilitation and workflow analysis. Russ is trained and experienced in MRP/JIT, Theory of Constraints and Time & Motion Studies. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Technology and a Master of Science in Management Technology.
Prior to joining Sierra Services, Russ was the General Manager at Schmit Prototypes, Inc. where he implemented personnel policies and an environmental-safety management system. Russ has worked in a variety of industries in multiple engineering/management positions for Pope & Talbot Paper, Texas Instruments and Cray Research.
