TS16949 Internal Auditor Upgrade Training
This is a specially developed skills upgrade course for previously trained ISO9000 and QS9000 Internal Auditors. The specific emphasis within the class is on process auditing within the new element structure of ISO/TS 16949:2002 and those specific set of differences between QS9000 3rd edition and the 16949 specification.
Course objectives include:
• Overview of the ISO/TS 16949 Specification
• To describe the specific differences between QS90000 and the ISO/TS 16949 QMS systems
• To develop an understanding of the new element structure of the ISO/TS 16949
• To develop, know, and understand the purpose of an ISO/TS 16949 internal auditing system that is based on the ISO 10011 auditing guidelines
• How to interpret ISO/TS 16949 specification from an auditor's point of view
• How to plan and prepare for process oriented internal audits
• How to construct effective audit checklists to help you find the objective evidence needed to make the audits really work for your company
• How to plan and prepare for an internal audit
• Learn what to look for in the company's documentation to help you audit
• How to be objective
• How to discard non-objective evidence
