Relevant Experience: Mr. Dolan has more than 8 years of environmental consulting experience. Throughout this time, Mr. Dolan has helped establish start-up consulting firms, conducted numerous environmental site assessments, managed projects and developed environmental-related software. He is qualified as an EMS consultant, auditor and trainer.
Mr. Dolan’s expertise is EMS implementation. He has consulted with automotive, high tech, metals refining and health care clients to successful implementation of ISO 14001 systems. Mr. Dolan has implemented full systems at four facilities, where his responsibilities have included strategic development, system documentation, software development, internal auditing and training, communications programs, emergency planning, and system integration with quality and health and safety systems.
Mr. Dolan has earned a reputation as a leader in the industry. His systems have all successfully passed certification audits with only a handful of minor nonconformances. Mr. Dolan quickly understands his clients’ needs and develops systems that work within their frameworks along with satisfying ISO 14001 requirements. Mr. Dolan’s clients have identified more than $2 million in savings due to his consulting efforts.
